Our Privacy Principles
The most fundamental privacy principle we follow is that we do not collect any personal information from our users except what is saved in our server logs when the app loads a small web page that lists incoming global jumps.
The app does not have any way for users to log in, so no personal information is stored (beyond what is stored in server log when a web page is loaded).
At Total Jump we believe that more transparency is better than less. We try to make our product easy to use. This is good for privacy, good for the artwork, and good for the Total Jump Live audience.

This policy describes how Total Jump Live treats your information, not how other organizations treat your information. If you are using Total Jump Live on a device issued to you by your employer or another organization, that company or organization likely has its own policies regarding storage, access, modification, deletion, and retention of communications and content which may apply to your use of the Total Jump Lilve app. More on this below.
Information we collect and receive
We collect some minimal information. Here are the types of information we collect or receive:
Log data. When you use Total Jump Live, our servers automatically record information that your mobile device sends whenever you visit a website. This is because the app loads data from a website called totaljump.world/global_jumps.json. This website lists incoming total jumps that only the Total Jump Team can schedule. This log data may include your Internet Protocol address and the date and time of your request. Log data does not contain message content and is not routinely deleted.
How we use your information
We use your information for the following:
Providing the Total Jump Live service. We will count how many apps are connecting to get the incoming total jumps schedule to make sure our server can handle the number of requests.
Understanding reach. We will use a free public ip geographic lookup service to see where the requests are coming from.
Investigating and preventing bad stuff from happening. We work hard to keep Total Jump Live secure and to prevent abuse and fraud.
Communicating with you
We do not collect user information except the information automatically collected by app stores. We will not contact our users in any way, except with the local notifications generated by the app automatically (based on the public incoming total jumps). The user can always switch this local notification feature off using their Operating System.
When you use Total Jump Live, you have control over your own privacy and choices. Firstly, none of your content is visible to others at all. You can decline local notifications for the app using your standard operating system settings.
Message Retention Settings
The Total Jump Live app will download a list of scheduled incoming total jumps while in use. If the user allowed notifications, the app will show local notifications one minute before a scheduled incoming total jump. Otherwise the local notifications will not be shown. The user can change this setting using their Operating System at any time.
Sharing and Disclosure
There are times when the Total Jump Team will want to release information about how many players use the app, and where in the world they are located.
We will never share the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of any app users.
We will never share location information beyond city, state, zip, and country. In other words, only the information available via standard IP geolocation technologies on the net.
The Total Jump Live team takes reasonable steps to protect information you provide to us as part of your use of the Total Jump Live app, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the information we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. Users are never asked to enter any information into the application what-so-ever. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal data submitted to us. However, no electronic or email transmission or digital storage mechanism is ever fully secure or error free.
Total Jump Live is geared towards all ages and does not collect age information from users.
We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use Total Jump Live after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are material, we may provide more prominent notice or seek your consent to the new policy.
